"Client" refers to the individual using our services.
"Services" refers to the services provided by The Carnival Bug, including flight consultation, accommodation, mas registration, J'ouvert registration, package collection, fete ticket acquisition, and transportation.

Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

SERVICES

​

  1. Flight Consultation: We advise on the best flight options based on your travel dates.

  2. Accommodation: We provide recommendations and bookings for hotels or houses based on availability and preference.

  3. Mas & J'ouvert Registration: We handle your registration with your choice of band, subject to availability.

  4. Package Collection: We collect Mas costumes and J'ouvert packages on your behalf.

  5. Fete Ticket Acquisition: We aim to acquire fete tickets with a 99.99% success rate.

  6. Transportation: Comprehensive transportation services, including airport and fete transfers.

BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

​

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Payment for services must be made in advance.

  • We accept all major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, PayPal and cash.

CANCELLATION POLICY

​

  • Cancellations must be made 120 days in advance for a full refund.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 119 days before the service date.

  • Refunds for events canceled by third parties will be processed according to the third party’s policies.

 

 

LIABILITY

  • The Carnival Bug is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries sustained during the use of our services.

  • We are not responsible for any cancellations or changes made by airlines, hotels, or event organizers.
